Room B: Midwives and Nurses Workshop

The course for Midwives and O.R. Personnel will focus on their role during operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy as well as on new technologies, anatomy, techniques and safety. The focus of this course will be the role of Midwives and O.R. personnel in providing on-going care for patients undergoing surgery (before, during and after surgery) and emphasis will be on safety and optimal outcomes.
A synopsis of the latest hysteroscopic techniques and of the guidelines for fluid management will be presented. Care has been taken to put together the best faculty to discuss topics that are vitally important to Midwives and O.R. to ensure efficient and optimal care management during and after surgery.
