RESERVATIONS
Upon receiving your request, Centro Italiano Congressi CIC SUD will assign a room in the chosen category and send a confirmation indicating the name and address of the hotel, as well as arrival and departure dates and type of room with price.
The Organizing Secretariat, Centro Italiano Congressi CIC SUD, has reserved a large number of rooms in different hotel categories both in the conference venue area and in other areas of the city. Early reservation are strongly recommended. Hotel room reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until April 9, 2008. After this date room availability cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to satisfy your request.
Room Rates are in Euros (€) per room, per night, including breakfast and VAT. Rooms are subject to availability. In case your choice is no longer available a similar alternative accommodation will be offered. A booking fee of € 18.00 must be added for each room. Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of at least the amount of the first night plus the booking fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations regarding your hotel reservation should be submitted in writing to "Centro Italiano Congressi Cic Sud" and not directly to the hotels.
Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
No penalty will be applied to cancellations until May 7 2008. In case you do not arrive on the date indicated above or in case of late arrival you will be charged for the first night. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BOOKING FEES BE REIMBURSED.
Please note that refunds will be processed only after the Congress.
PAYMENT
Full payment will be made directly to the hotel when you check-out. Centro Italiano Congressi CIC Sud will not be handling hotel payments or invoicing for accommodation.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Official check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm.

CENTRO ITALIANO CONGRESSI CIC SUD and their agents will not be responsible for and will be exempt from all liability concerning any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, luggage or other property, occurring during any tourist service provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
